These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cycle.Host website and the applications operated by Cycle.Host ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

The Cycle.Host Platform

Cycle.Host builds and hosts a family of independent applications. Each application may have its own additional terms and its own privacy policy; where an app's terms conflict with these Terms for that app, the app's terms control. Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's terms.

Using Our Services

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use our services
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, or access them in unauthorized ways
• You agree not to use the services to violate any law or the rights of others

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our apps. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the app to you, as described in the applicable app's privacy policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

Purchases

Some apps offer paid features or in-app purchases processed by the Apple App Store. Payments, refunds, and billing for those purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Any virtual items or credits are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value.

Availability

We work to keep the services running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cycle.Host will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

Termination

You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the services in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
